Rest in Peace actually started out as a clan formed by Allyette and Strk3uout on another site called Superdudes in October 2003.  It was because of our playing on Superdudes that we actually became involved in Kings of Chaos in the first place.  After we decided that Kings of Chaos was more of a challenge than Superdudes, we closed down the Rest in Peace clan on Superdudes and joined The One Alliance, formed by Mystic0ne in September 2003, as of January 2004 during Age 2.

Allyette and Strk3uout became the official leaders of The One Alliance as of March 2004 in Age 3 beta after Mystic0ne decided he did not have enough time to participate in Kings of Chaos due to school.  We've survived through Ages 3 through 6, and with the dawn of Age 7 upon the horizon, decided that it was not only time for new leadership, which Ally and Strk appointed to Reaper and gelly_, but also for a new change of name and ideals, as The One Alliance as we knew it in 2003 is a totally different alliance now in 2006.  We decided to revive the Rest In Peace name and call ourselves a clan and not an alliance. 

Essentially a clan and an alliance are the same thing, but by being a clan, we're denoting ourselves as a closer-knit group of people dedicated to having the same ideals as we did when we were an alliance.  Also, the Rest in Peace name can mean several different things.  We are keeping our "peaceful" ideals that we have had in the past ages, but we will have the Grim Reapers lurking behind tombstones in wait for those who need to take a trip to the cemetery.

In 2007, Ally, Reaper, and Strk joined OGame universes 31 and 32 with several other KoC players.  OGame was more of a challenge for us, and because of OGame, not only have we made new friends and recruited more officers on KoC, we have also broadened our alliance as a whole.

Now, if only KoC would start Age 8....
